Who needs Athlete for LIFE?

Athlete for LIFE is a 3-week workout program designed for former high school, college, or even professional athletes wishing to get back into it.

What equipment do I need?

Athlete for LIFE is a program designed to be completed in a fitness center, weight room or a home gym. You will need access to dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, and resistance bands.

What's the time commitment?

This is a 3-week program. You will be lifting 3x per week and completing conditioning 2x per week with 2 rest days...you pick the rest days to fit YOUR schedule!

Each strength day is designed to take around 45 minutes (plus a few extra minutes for the dynamic warm up/cool down stretch and set up...let's say 1 hour MAX!).

Each conditioning day is meant to be completed in under 30 minutes.

What if I need some encouragement?

Accountability exercises after completing each strength day and conditioning day help keep you engaged with our course community. If you need a weekly check-in with Coach Analisse and some extra modifications/progressions/form check, make sure you select the Athlete for LIFE (plus consult) option at checkout!
