Body-15 includes 15, 15-minute body weight workouts.


Where do you want to workout?

Body-15 includes workouts to be completed at home, outdoors, or in any open space. No gym or equipment required!

Need a little encouragement?

Coach Analisse is here to cheer you on! Daily Accountability Activities keep you engaged with our course community. Workouts are released one day at a time so that you feel a sense of accomplishment each day.

What's the time commitment?

Great for busy parents, and/or those who are fully engaged in full-time work. Fifteen minutes a day (plus a few extra minutes for warm-up and cool-down....let's say 20 minutes MAX)! Workouts are 5 days per week with 2 rest days... you pick the rest days to fit YOUR schedule!

How much of an "athlete" do I need to be?

Each movement includes a video demonstration and modifications. So, if you're not sure what "froggers" are, Coach Analisse will show you AND she'll show you how to tone it down a bit.

But, I'm already working with a Strength Coach!

If you're currently working with a Personal Trainer or a Strength Coach (especially if it's Coach Analisse) and have a daily program already set, you should complete those workouts! You probably don't need Body-15!

Coach Analisse is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach. She has worked with both Men's and Women's Division III Collegiate teams in a variety of sports. Analisse is also currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the WNBA Connecticut Sun.

You may know her from her Instagram page @plantsandburpees where she provides engaging challenges and content.

Analisse is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS).
